Winterizing your exterior hose bib
Remember to remind your property managers or current residents if you are a real estate investor.
– You will want to drain and disconnect all exterior hoses
– Drain the hose bib if it is not frost-free.
All frost-free hose bibs should slope to the exterior; if your home or rental property does not have frost-free hose bibs, consider installing one.
