Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you are buying a new-build home, I would strongly recommend hiring Pierre. It is easy to assume that a brand-new house will have very little to find, but Pierre’s inspection demonstrated exactly why an independent inspection is worthwhile.

He was exceptionally thorough and identified several issues that we never would have recognized ourselves, including concerns with the sewer line, deficiencies in the garage fire separation, problems with the shower installation, and a number of exterior, insulation, electrical and mechanical items that warranted attention.

The sewer scope was particularly valuable. Pierre identified deformation and apparent impact to portions of the sewer line, documented it clearly, and gave us the information we needed to have the builder send the footage to their plumber for further review.

His report was detailed, photographic and organized in a way that made it genuinely useful when discussing deficiencies with the builder. Just as importantly, Pierre was available afterward to clarify his observations and was careful about distinguishing what he observed from conclusions that required further assessment by the appropriate trade.

His attention to detail gave us a much clearer picture of the home before possession and allowed us to address important issues while the builder was still actively involved. Money very well spent.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pierre was beyond thorough and found a latent issue that would have been missed by most inspectors. May seem like he is slightly more expensive than others, but he spends 50% more time than the average inspector. He's the buyers best friend and sellers worst nightmare!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pierre was thorough and spent hours inspecting the property in detail. He was candid and honest when explaining what the findings meant. I didn't end up going with the property and I am thankful to Pierre that I was able to make an informed decision. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to Pierre for an inspection of my newly built home before taking possession. He identified every issue, including the tiniest details, and provided a detailed report with pictures to make repairs easy to identify. He also performed a sewer inspection, which I highly recommend based on experience. I was very happy with his work and will definitely use his services again. Pierre exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
