We were about to buy a house that had too many issues (leaks in many locations, bad roof , leak in furnace) and glad Pierre  explained all that in his report. Pierre arrived on time and completed the inspection thoroughly. Despite the rainy weather, he was able to inspect the roof using a drone, which I found to be a very advanced and effective approach compared to climbing onto the roof. He provided a detailed inspection report, clearly organized with color-coded sections (blue and red), making it easy to review and understand. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
