Overview Property Inspection provides new construction inspection services throughout Edmonton and the greater Edmonton metropolitan area. Whether your new build is in St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Morinville, or any of the surrounding communities, Pierre is available to inspect it.
New Construction Inspection
This is the end-stage inspection — conducted once the home is substantially complete and before you take possession. Think of it as your final safety net. No matter how reputable your builder, construction is a complex process involving dozens of trades, and things slip through the cracks.
Pierre will conduct a thorough walk-through of the entire property, evaluating all accessible systems and components against industry standards. Any concerns discovered are documented in a detailed digital report with photos and video, giving you documented evidence to bring to your builder before the keys change hands.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Once drywall goes up, a lot of what matters most becomes permanently hidden. Phase inspections — sometimes called progress inspections or stage inspections — put eyes on the home at key construction milestones, when critical work is still visible and correctable before it’s buried.
Each phase inspection focuses on the work completed since the last visit, giving you an objective record of how the home was built. This is particularly valuable if you’re investing in a spec home or aren’t able to visit the site regularly yourself. Phase inspections pair naturally with a final pre-possession inspection for comprehensive coverage.
