I’m in the field today we are inspecting a roof for a client and from the road, it looks good however upon closer observation this is what we found. We got a brand-new roof you start looking closely at the flashing details sealant dependent and let’s lift up the shingles a little bit oh what is that yeah that’s rotten sheeting folks.
So here we have a brand-new roof, and the roofer just went over top of rotten wood. You got to make sure that you have the work properly assessed and make sure you vet your contractors appropriately.
