Hey, everyone, it’s Pierre with Overview Property Inspection we are doing an inspection today and it is crisp so I’m going to keep this video short and sweet my tip today I want to make sure that everyone pays close attention to their exhaust for their high-efficiency appliances so it includes the furnace and also hot water heater you’ll notice that these type of appliances create a lot of condensation and as result creates a lot of ice especially with the cold snap that we’re currently in so make sure you’re maintaining the ice accumulation I don’t want you to be without heat or hot water this is the number one service call for HVAC and plumbing companies out there currently so make sure that you look after the exterior terminations we’ll see on the next inspection.
