Happy Tip Tuesday everyone! It is Pierre here with Overview Property Inspection. We are doing an inspection and the client has decided to stop midway why you ask? Well, we got the plumber behind us because as we were doing the inspection the sewer backed up. Yes, I’ve had this happen to me on two different occasions. If you think that you don’t need a sewer scope, and you’re buying a new or old property, think again. Culprit of the day was tree roots. Now, the seller is going to have to fix a whole bunch of things in the basement because the line was not properly scoped. Do your due diligence when you’re buying your next property.
