Good afternoon everyone, Pierre, with Overview Property Inspection we are performing an inspection we are inside the attic and I just wanted to show you guys a condition that we see in particular with newer builds when you got it a condition called attic rain so if you look on your insulation this is what are looking for you are looking for little droplets and even lines within the insulation. Usually, when you have got lines it is usually at the joint in the sheathing and so what happens is you get frost forming inside the attic and when it melts it’s leaving these little droplets on the insulation so if you have this condition make sure you are improving the ventilation this can be detrimental to your home so if you want to follow us on Facebook for weekly tips and maintenance.
