Hey, everyone, it is Pierre with Overview Property Inspection we are doing an inspection on a brand new house as the clients elected to have an inspection done and also a sewer scope, I am sure glad they did and this is the reason why. This is a brand new property and there is water on the ground and the sewer line has backed up. So do you need an inspection on brand new properties I think you know the answer and do you need a sewer scope done on every property purchase? This is a common reason why it should be done.
