Hey everyone, Pierre with Overview Property Inspection, We are doing an inspection on the south side of Edmonton and I wanted to show you guys something it is pertaining to hot tubs. I want to make sure that if you are moving and you remove your hot tub from your site, ensure that you are disconnecting the power supply to the exterior not just at the disconnect but also at the main panel inside the house. The reason I wanted to share this with you guys is because you will see this armored cable on the exterior of the house which is obviously covered with snow. But it is live, yeah imagine that a little kid running around here when they move into their new home and they are exposed to 60 amps now that could kill someone so be sure to call an electrician to properly terminate your hot tub connections.
